การบูรณาการ : กระบวนทัศน์ในการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา

          บทความนี้เป็นการเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับการบูรณาการที่เน้นตามแนวทางการประกันคุณภาพ การศึกษา ซึ่งกำหนดความหมายของการบูรณาการ   คือ  การผสมกลมกลืนของแผน กระบวนการ สารสนเทศ  การจัดสรร ทรัพยากร  การปฏิบัติการ ผลลัพธ์ และการวิเคราะห์ เพื่อสนับสนุนเป้าประสงค์ที่สำคัญของสถาบัน การบูรณาการที่มีประสิทธิผล เป็นมากกว่าความสอดคล้องไปในแนวทางเดียวกัน ซึ่งการดำเนินการของ แต่ละองค์ประกอบภายในระบบการจัดการ ผลการดำเนินการมีความเชื่อมโยงกันเป็นหนึ่งเดียวอย่างสมบูรณ์  ผู้เขียนได้ชี้ให้เห็นแนวคิดของการบูรณาการตามพันธกิจ ที่ประกอบด้วยการบูรณาการการเรียนการสอน กับกระบวนการวิจัย  การเรียนการสอนกับบริการวิชาการ และการเรียนการสอนกับทำนุบำรุงศิลปวัฒนธรรม และกิจกรรมนักศึกษา รวมทั้งการกำหนดแนวทางการประเมินบรูณาการ และข้อเสนอแนะต่อการจัด การเรียนการสอนแบบบูรณาการ

Abstract

                This paper purposes to explain an integration focusing on an educational quality assurance view. The definitions of integration are blending of plan, informatics process,  resources management, operation, outcomes and analyses. The integration points out to enhance an organization-wide goal. An effective integration requires not only the coherence of alignment, but congruency amongst all factors should also be considered. Furthermore, all operational process and outcomes should be integrated completely. 
Additionally, the author explains the integration of missions, for example, an integration between 
education  and  1)  research, 2) academic services  and 3) cultural maintenance and support and student affair. Finally, guidelines of integration assessment and specific suggestions about implementation of an integrated education are also discussed.
