Especially in adolescent sexual health and pregnancy prevention, appropriate sexual behavior is important to reduce the problem of adolescent pregnancy.

The sample was randomly divided equally into experimental and comparison groups. The research instruments included the sexual health literacy promotion program, health literacy of sexual questionnaire and pregnancy prevention behavior questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistic and repeated measured ANOVA tests.

Results: The results showed that there were significant differences between sexual health literacy mean scores of the pre-test, post-test and follow up in the experimental group (p<.05). The mean scores between the experimental group and comparison group of the sexual health literacy were significantly different (p<.05). The mean scores of the pre-test, post-test and follow up in the experimental group and between the comparison group on adolescent pregnancy prevention behavior were not significantly different (p>.05).
