Ethical guidelines and duties for authors

           1. Authors should ensure that their work is original and properly acknowledge the work of others through citations in the Acknowledgements section. Plagiarism in any form is unacceptable. 

           2. Authors are responsible for the accuracy and integrity of the research data. Fabrication, falsification of data are unethical.  

           3. Authors should write a paper follow the journal directions. 

           4. All individuals who have made a contribution to the research should be listed as authors. 

           5. Authors should specify source of research funding.

           6. Authors should specify conflict of interest (if any).  

           7. Authors should report Institutional Review Board (IRB) by specify number or code on the research. 

 

Ethical guidelines and duties for editors

          1. Editors should consider the quality of research/article for publishing. 

          2. Editors should maintain the confidentially of submitted manuscripts and not disclose information.

          3. Editors should base their decisions on the manuscript’s importance, originality, clarity, and relevance to the journal’s scope.

          4. Editors should not accept research/article that used to submit on other journals.

          5. Editors should not deny or reject a paper for publishing that is because of uncertain or suspect on research content. Editor should prove it with evidence based. 

          6. Editors should not have conflict interest with authors, reviewers, and administration team. 

          7. Editors should examine for the plagiarism by using anti- plagiarism software.

 

Ethical guidelines and duties for Reviewers

          1. Reviewers must respect the confidentiality of the peer review process. Also, reviewers should keep manuscripts and their content confidential, not sharing, discussing, and using any information from the manuscripts without permission. 

          2. Reviewers should report the journal editor or reject to edit the paper if there are some conflicts that cannot provide feedback on the paper such as conflict of interests or any reason. 

          3. Reviewers should provide feedback on the paper that based on their area of expertise, do not give personal opinions or bias without research standard evaluation. Reviewers should follow the journal’s specific guidelines for reviewing.

           4. Reviewers should specify the important of research that relates to the paper. Specially, suspecting plagiarism, fraudulent data, or ethical concerns, reviewers should declare to journal editor.
