บทคัดย่อ

การเรียนรู้ในศตวรรษที่  21  มุ่งพัฒนาผู้เรียนให้มีความรู้  ทักษะ และคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ สามารถนำไปใช้ประกอบอาชีพและดำรงชีวิตอยู่ในสังคมได้อย่างมีคุณภาพ โดยเน้นกระบวนการเรียนรู้จากการปฏิบัติตามแนวทางการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญโดยมีผู้สอนทำหน้าที่เป็นครูโค้ชที่มีบทบาทสำคัญคือ การสร้างแรงบันดาลใจในการเรียนรู้  การใช้พลังคำถาม  การสะท้อนคิด  ภายใต้การทำงานร่วมกัน  ในลักษณะชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้เชิงวิชาชีพ (Professional Learning Community) ที่มีการเรียนรู้จากการปฏิบัติงานร่วมกันอย่างต่อเนื่อง  วิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนี  ราชบุรี  มุ่งจัดการศึกษาบูรณาการเพื่อตอบโจทย์มาตรฐานคุณวุฒิวิชาชีพพยาบาลของนักศึกษา โดยให้ความสำคัญกับการพัฒนาอาจารย์ให้มีศักยภาพการโค้ชที่ตอบโจทย์บริบทการศึกษาในปัจจุบันและอนาคต เรียกว่า “ครูโค้ชในศตวรรษที่ 21” ภายใต้แนวคิดการพัฒนาบุคลากรบนฐานชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้เชิงวิชาชีพ การสะท้อนคิด การโค้ช และการถอดบทเรียน เพื่อให้อาจารย์พยาบาลมีทักษะ “ครูโค้ชในศตวรรษที่ 21” ที่สามารถปฏิบัติการโค้ชเพื่อพัฒนานักศึกษาได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ สามารถพัฒนาความรู้ความสามารถและทักษะทางวิชาชีพ

Abstract

In 21^st century, learning focus on developing learners to have knowledge, skills, and expected competencies that they can use during their career and social living. The process of learning used to be student centred with a coaching teacher. The instructors work as coaches contributing inspirations, using power questions, and working together like professional learning community. Learning is generated from continued working together. Boromarajonani College of Nursing, Ratchaburi conducted integrated education to answer the standard of degree of nursing programme focusing on teacher development to have coaching capacity in response to educational community. This is called coaching instructor in 21^th century. The concept underpinned were personnel development based on professional learning community, reflection, coaching, and knowledge management in order to develop nursing instructors to have 21^st century skills.
