บทคัดย่อ

บทนำ : ความปวดและความกลัวระยะรอคลอดส่งผลต่อผลลัพธ์การคลอด โดยเฉพาะในสตรีมุสลิมครรภ์แรก


วัตถุประสงค์ : 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัญหาและความต้องการของพยาบาลวิชาชีพในการดูแลสตรีระยะรอคลอด 2) เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการดูแลสตรีระยะรอคลอดเพื่อลดความปวดและความกลัวโดยใช้หลักศาสนาอิสลาม และ3) เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิผลของรูปแบบที่พัฒนาขึ้น


วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย : การวิจัยและพัฒนานี้ดำเนินการวิจัย 3 ขั้นตอน ขั้นตอนที่ 1 ศึกษาสภาพปัญหาและความต้องการด้วยวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพในพยาบาล จำนวน 15 คน ขั้นตอนที่ 2 พัฒนารูปแบบการดูแลสตรีระยะรอคลอดฯ และขั้นตอนที่ 3 ศึกษาประสิทธิผลด้วยการวิจัยแบบกึ่งทดลองในสตรีตั้งครรภ์มุสลิมครรภ์แรก จำนวน 52 คน แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุม ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา สถิติ Dependent t-test และ Independent t-test


ผลการวิจัย : พบว่า 1) พยาบาลต้องอธิบายการจัดการความปวดและความกลัวแก่สตรีระยะรอคลอดและญาติซ้ำหลายครั้ง จึงต้องการสื่อการสอนรูปแบบใหม่ที่บูรณาการมิติจิตวิญญาณ 2) รูปแบบการดูแลที่พัฒนาขึ้น คือ “YARING Model” ประกอบด้วย 6 ประการ ได้แก่ ศรัทธา (Yakin) การปฏิบัติ (Amal) ความรัก (Rasa Cinta) ความรู้ (Ilmu) การขอบคุณ (Nikmat) และการเคลื่อนไหวภายใน (Gerak Batin) 3) หลังการทดลองพบว่ากลุ่มทดลองมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยความปวด และความกลัวต่ำกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05


สรุปผล : รูปแบบ YARING Model สามารถลดความปวดและความกลัวในสตรีระยะรอคลอดได้ โรงพยาบาลควรนำรูปแบบนี้ไปใช้ส่งเสริมการดูแลที่สอดคล้องกับจิตวิญญาณของสตรีมุสลิม
