บทคัดย่อ
บทนำ : การฉีดยาเข้ากล้ามเนื้อในทารกแรกเกิดเป็นทักษะที่สำคัญในวิชาชีพพยาบาล ซึ่งต้องอาศัยความรู้ ความมั่นใจ และทักษะที่ถูกต้อง
วัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย : เพื่อศึกษาผลของชุดการเรียนรู้ฯ ต่อความมั่นใจ ทักษะการฉีดยาเข้ากล้ามเนื้อในทารกแรกเกิด และความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษา
วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย : การวิจัยแบบกึ่งทดลอง แบบกลุ่มเดี่ยววัดผลก่อนและหลัง กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักศึกษาพยาบาลชั้นปีที่ 3 จำนวน 205 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบประเมินความมั่นใจในการปฏิบัติทักษะการฉีดยา แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจต่อชุดการเรียนรู้ฯ แบบประเมินทักษะการฉีดยา และชุดการเรียนรู้ เรื่อง การฉีดยาเข้ากล้ามเนื้อในทารกแรกเกิด วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา เปรียบเทียบความมั่นใจก่อนและหลังการใช้ชุดการเรียนรู้ฯ โดยใช้สถิติ dependent t-test และวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความมั่นใจและทักษะการฉีดยาโดยใช้สถิติ Spearman’s rank correlation coefficient
ผลการวิจัย : คะแนนเฉลี่ยความมั่นใจในการปฏิบัติทักษะการฉีดยาฯ ภายหลังการใช้ชุดการเรียนรู้ฯ (M=20.13, SD=3.03) สูงกว่าก่อนการใช้ (M=12.29, SD=2.94) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p<.001) และความมั่นใจภายหลังการใช้ชุดการเรียนรู้ฯ มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับคะแนนการปฏิบัติทักษะการฉีดยาเข้ากล้ามเนื้อในทารกแรกเกิด (rs=.636, p<.001)
สรุปผล : ชุดการเรียนรู้ฯ ช่วยส่งเสริมความมั่นใจและพัฒนาทักษะการฉีดยาเข้ากล้ามเนื้อในทารกแรกเกิดได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
