บทคัดย่อ
บทนำ : การพัฒนาตัวชี้วัดการดำเนินงานของสถาบันการศึกษาพยาบาลตามเกณฑ์ EdPEx มีความสำคัญในการกำหนดทิศทางในการขับเคลื่อนการบริหารจัดการคุณภาพและพัฒนาองค์กร
วัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย : เพื่อพัฒนาตัวชี้วัดการดำเนินงานเพื่อการจัดการคุณภาพสู่ความเป็นเลิศของสถาบันการศึกษาพยาบาล
วิธีการวิจัย : เป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนา ดำเนินการวิจัย 2 ระยะ คือ ระยะที่ 1 ศึกษาแนวปฏิบัติที่ดีของการจัดการคุณภาพสู่ความเป็นเลิศของสถาบันการศึกษาพยาบาล ระยะที่ 2 การพัฒนาตัวชี้วัดการดำเนินงานเพื่อการจัดการคุณภาพสู่ความเป็นเลิศของสถาบันการศึกษาพยาบาล เลือกตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง จำนวน 8 คน จากคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ จำนวน 4 แห่ง เครื่องมือ ประกอบด้วย แบบบันทึกแนวปฏิบัติที่ดี และแนวคำถามสัมภาษณ์ และการสนทนากลุ่ม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงเนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัย : ตัวชี้วัดการดำเนินงานเพื่อการจัดการคุณภาพสู่ความเป็นเลิศของสถาบันการศึกษาพยาบาล ประกอบด้วย 7 หมวด จำนวน 96 ตัวชี้วัด ได้แก่ 1) ตัวชี้วัดการดำเนินงานด้านการนำองค์กร จำนวน 12 ข้อ 2) ตัวชี้วัดการดำเนินงานด้านกลยุทธ์ จำนวน 8 ข้อ 3) ตัวชี้วัดการดำเนินงานด้านลูกค้า จำนวน 8 ข้อ 4) ตัวชี้วัดการดำเนินงานด้านการวัด การวิเคราะห์และการจัดการความรู้ จำนวน 6 ข้อ 5) ตัวชี้วัดการดำเนินงานด้านบุคลากร จำนวน 9 ข้อ 6) ตัวชี้วัดการดำเนินงานด้านระบบปฏิบัติการ จำนวน 9 ข้อ และ 7) ตัวชี้วัดการดำเนินงานด้านผลลัพธ์ จำนวน 44 ข้อ
สรุปผล : ตัวชี้วัดที่ได้เป็นตัวชี้วัดตามเกณฑ์ EdPEx ที่ช่วยให้การขับเคลื่อนการบริหารจัดการคุณภาพของสถาบันการศึกษามีเป้าหมายที่ชัดเจนขึ้นและนำไปพัฒนาคุณภาพสู่การยกระดับความเป็นเลิศของสถาบันการศึกษาพยาบาลอย่างยั่งยืนและเป็นที่ยอมรับ
