บทคัดย่อ
บทนำ : ผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะพึ่งพิงมีจำนวนเพิ่มมากขึ้น ดังนั้นการส่งเสริมสมรรถนะผู้ดูแลให้มีความรู้ ทัศนคติ และทักษะการดูแลที่ถูกต้อง มีความสำคัญ ในการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุ วัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย : เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิของผลโปรแกรมพัฒนาสมรรถนะผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะพึ่งพิงอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดหนองบัวลำภู
วิธีการวิจัย : เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลองแบบหนึ่งกลุ่มวัดผลก่อนและหลังเข้าร่วมโปรแกรม 1 เดือน ตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุ จำนวน 93 คน คัดเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในงานวิจัย ประกอบด้วย โปรแกรมพัฒนาสมรรถนะผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะพึ่งพิง แบบประเมินความรู้ ทัศนคติ และทักษะการปฏิบัติในการดูแลผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะพึ่งพิง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และการทดสอบค่าที
ผลการวิจัย : ภายหลังเข้าร่วมโปรแกรม ผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยความรู้ และทักษะการปฏิบัติเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ทั้งนี้คะแนนทัศนคติไม่แตกต่างกัน
สรุปผล : โปรแกรมการพัฒนาสมรรถนะผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะพึ่งพิง ช่วยให้ผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุพัฒนาความรู้ และทักษะในการดูแลผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะพึ่งพิง
