บทคัดย่อ
บทนำ : เครือข่ายเด็กและเยาวชนสำคัญต่อการขับเคลื่อนระบบสุขภาพ จึงมีความจำเป็นที่จะต้องพัฒนาแนวทางการเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะการวิเคราะห์และการวางแผนแก้ไขปัญหาสุขภาพชมชุนสำหรับสภาเด็กและเยาวชน
วัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย: เพื่อพัฒนากระบวนการนวัตกรรมสังคมในมิติสุขภาพชุมชน เพื่อเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะการวิเคราะห์และการวางแผนแก้ไขปัญหาสุขภาพชุมชน สำหรับแกนนำสภาเด็กและเยาวชนระดับอำเภอ
วิธีการวิจัย : การวิจัยเชิงพัฒนา แบ่งออกเป็น 2 ระยะ คือ 1) ระยะพัฒนากระบวนการนวัตกรรมสังคมในมิติสุขภาพชุมชน โดยใช้หลักฐานเชิงประจักษ์ร่วมกับกระบวนการคิดเชิงออกแบบ และกระบวนการพยาบาลอนามัยชุมชน 2) ระยะประเมินผลการใช้กระบวนการ
ผลการวิจัย: พบว่า กระบวนการนวัตกรรมสังคมในมิติสุขภาพชุมชนที่พัฒนาขึ้น แบ่งเป็น 2 ระยะ คือ (1) ระยะเตรียมความพร้อม มี 2 กิจกรรม คือ บรรยายอย่างมีส่วนร่วม และฝึกวิเคราะห์สถานการณ์ และ (2) ระยะปฏิบัติการ 6 ขั้นตอน คือ การทำความเข้าใจปัญหา การตีความปัญหา การกำหนดปัญหา การระดมสมองหาทางแก้ไขปัญหา การสร้างแบบจำลองแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหา และการยกร่างแบบจำลองแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหา ซึ่งผลการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา พบว่ากระบวนการมีความสอดคล้องกับกรอบแนวคิดการวิจัย มีค่าดัชนีความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา เท่ากับ .86 และผลการประเมินการใช้กระบวนการ พบว่า ตัวอย่างมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยสมรรถนะการวิเคราะห์และการวางแผนแก้ไขปัญหาสุขภาพชุมชนสูงกว่าก่อนเข้าร่วมกระบวนการ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .001
สรุป : กระบวนการพัฒนานวัตกรรมสังคมในมิติสุขภาพชุมชน สามารถนำไปใช้เสริมสร้างสมรรถนะการวิเคราะห์และการวางแผนแก้ไขปัญหาสุขภาพชุมชนของเด็กและเยาวชนได้
