ปัจจัยทำนายพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพตนเองในสถานการณ์ การแพร่ระบาดของโควิด 19 ของประชาชนในภาคตะวันออกของประเทศไทย

บทคัดย่อ
บทนำ : สถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโควิด 19 พฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพตนเองของประชาชนรวมถึงปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องเป็นสิ่งสำคัญที่ช่วยลดการแพร่ระบาดของโควิด 19 ได้
วัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย : เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมและปัจจัยทำนายพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพตนเองในสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโควิด 19 ของประชาชน
วิธีการวิจัย : การวิจัยเชิงสหสัมพันธ์ เพื่อหาความสัมพันธ์เชิงทำนาย ตัวอย่างเป็นประชาชน จำนวน 1,200 คน จาก 1,200 ครัวเรือน สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน
ผลการวิจัย : ประชาชนมีพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพตนเองในระดับดี ร้อยละ 66.75 ปัจจัยที่สามารถร่วมทำนายพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพตนเองของประชาชน ได้แก่ ความเพียงพอของรายได้ (b=.323, p<.01) ที่ตั้งของครัวเรือนในเขตเทศบาล (b=.286, p<.01) เพศหญิง (b=.121, p<.01) อาชีพหลักของหัวหน้าครัวเรือนที่มีรายได้แน่นอน (b=.110, p<.05) และอายุ (b= -.100, p<.05) สามารถร่วมกันทำนายพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพตนเองของประชาชนได้ร้อยละ 24.50 (R2=.254, Adjusted R2 = .245, p<.01) โดยปัจจัยที่มีอำนาจการทำนายพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพตนเองของประชาชนมากที่สุด ได้แก่ ปัจจัยความเพียงพอของรายได้ (b=.323, p<.01)
สรุปผล : การพัฒนาพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพตนเองของประชาชนควรคำนึงถึงความแตกต่างด้านความเพียงพอของรายได้ ที่ตั้งของครัวเรือนในเขตเทศบาล เพศหญิง อาชีพหลักของหัวหน้าครัวเรือนที่มีรายได้แน่นอน และอายุ ในการกำหนดกลยุทธ์ที่เหมาะสมเพื่อลดการแพร่ระบาดของโควิด 19
