บทคัดย่อ

บทนำ : โรคความดันโลหิตสูงเป็นโรคเรื้อรังที่พบบ่อยในผู้สุงอายุ ซึ่งอาจก่อให้เกิดภาวะแทรกซ้อนรุนแรงได้ หากไม่สามารถควบคุมความดันโลหิตได้อย่างเหมาะสม


วัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย : เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิผลของโปรแกรมการเต้นแอโรบิกด้วยผ้าขาวม้าประกอบเพลงสุขภาพพื้นบ้านต่อพฤติกรรมสุขภาพและความดันโลหิตของผู้สูงอายุโรคความดันโลหิตสูงในชุมชนแห่งหนึ่ง จังหวัดมหาสารคาม


วิธีการวิจัย : การวิจัยกึ่งทดลอง สองกลุ่มวัดก่อนและหลังทดลอง ตัวอย่างคือ ผู้สูงอายุโรคความดันโลหิตสูง ในชุมชน 72 ราย สุ่มด้วยวิธีจับฉลากแบ่งเข้ากลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุม กลุ่มละ 36 ราย เครื่องมือวิจัยประกอบด้วย โปรแกรมการเต้นแอโรบิกด้วยผ้าขาวม้าประกอบเพลงสุขภาพพื้นบ้านระยะเวลา 10 สัปดาห์ เครื่องวัดความดันโลหิตมาตรฐานแบบอัตโนมัติ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบบันทึกข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบประเมินพฤติกรรมสุขภาพ และแบบบันทึกระดับความดันโลหิต วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และการทดสอบค่าที


ผลการวิจัย : ภายหลังเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมฯ คะแนนเฉลี่ยพฤติกรรมสุขภาพของกลุ่มทดลองสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และค่าเฉลี่ยความดันซิสโตลิคและความดันไดแอสโตลิค
ของกลุ่มทดลองลดลงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05


สรุปผล : การเต้นแอโรบิกด้วยผ้าขาวม้าประกอบเพลงสุขภาพพื้นบ้าน ช่วยให้ผู้สูงอายุโรคความดันโลหิตสูงในชุมชนมีพฤติกรรมสุขภาพที่ดีขึ้นและช่วยลดระดับความดันโลหิตได้
