บทคัดย่อ
บทนำ : สมรรถนะของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านที่สำคัญคือการบริหารจัดการสุขภาพประชาชน ร่วมกับการสื่อสารข้อมูลอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพส่งผลต่อผลลัพธ์ด้านสุขภาพที่ดีซึ่งเป็นสิ่งที่สำคัญ
วัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย : เพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมการพัฒนาสมรรถนะอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านต่อทักษะด้านการบริหารจัดการ ทักษะด้านการคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณ และทักษะด้านการสื่อสารสุขภาพ
วิธีการวิจัย : การวิจัยกึ่งทดลอง ตัวอย่าง คืออาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านในจังหวัดขอนแก่นแบ่งเป็นกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มเปรียบเทียบกลุ่มละ 28 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการทดลอง คือ โปรแกรมการพัฒนาสมรรถนะอาสาสมัครประจำหมู่บ้าน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถามทักษะด้านการบริหารจัดการ ด้านการคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณ และทักษะด้านการสื่อสารสุขภาพ โดยหาค่าความเที่ยงด้วยวิธีสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค ได้เท่ากับ .83 .74 และ .78 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติทดสอบค่าที
ผลการวิจัย : กลุ่มทดลองมีทักษะด้านการบริหารจัดการเพิ่มขึ้น 33.00 คะแนน (95%CI = 30.29 ถึง 35.71) อีกทั้งยังพบว่าด้านการคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณเพิ่มมากขึ้น 14.64 คะแนน (95%CI = 11.76 ถึง 17.53) เช่นเดียวกันกับด้านการสื่อสารสุขภาพที่เพิ่มขึ้น 13.72 คะแนน (95%CI = 12.08 ถึง 15.35) แตกต่างจากกลุ่มเปรียบเทียบอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p<.05)
สรุปผล : โปรแกรมการพัฒนาสมรรถนะของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านส่งผลให้สมรรถนะด้านการบริหารจัดการ ด้านการคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณและด้านการสื่อสารสุขภาพของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านเพิ่มสูงขึ้น
