วัยรุ่นตั้งครรภ์ : แนวคิดแก้ปัญหาด้วยกระบวนการระบบสุขภาพอำเภอ

บทคัดย่อ
วัยรุ่นตั้งครรภ์ เป็นปัญหาสำคัญอันดับต้นของประเทศไทยที่ส่งผลกระทบกับสังคมในภาพกว้าง และในปัจจุบันมีแนวโน้มลดลงค่อนข้างช้า เนื่องจากปัญหาวัยรุ่นตั้งครรภ์นั้นเป็นผลกระทบที่เกิดมาจากปัญหาหลายด้าน เช่น ปัญหาของวัยรุ่นเอง ปัญหาด้านครอบครัว ปัญหาด้านการศึกษา ปัญหาด้านเศรษฐกิจและสังคม วัยรุ่นตั้งครรภ์จึงอาจส่งผลกระทบต่อสุขภาพทั้งทางด้านร่างกายและจิตใจ เพื่อให้การดูแลวัยรุ่นตั้งครรภ์ มีแนวทางการดูแลรวมถึงแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาทั้งในระดับบุคคลคือวัยรุ่น ระดับครอบครัว และระดับชุมชนให้ครอบคลุมในทุกมิติของการดูแลสุขภาพทั้งการรักษา การส่งเสริม การป้องกัน และการฟื้นฟูสุขภาพ จากสหสาขาวิชาชีพที่สอดคล้องกับแนวคิดในระบบสุขภาพยุคปัจจุบันที่เน้นหลักการทำงานโดยยึดผู้ป่วยเป็นศูนย์กลางใช้ชุมชนเป็นฐานและมีการทำงานร่วมกันในลักษณะของภาคีเครือข่ายด้วยการใช้กระบวนการระบบสุขภาพอำเภอ ซึ่งเป็นการดำเนินงานด้วยเครือข่ายบริการที่ไร้รอยต่อโดยคณะกรรมการบริหารจัดการเครือข่ายบริการสุขภาพอย่างเป็นเอกภาพในแต่ละอําเภอ ตามหลัก UC CARE ในการป้องกัน และแก้ไขปัญหา
