บทบาทพยาบาลในการดูแลมารดาวัยรุ่น

บทคัดย่อ
การตั้งครรภ์วัยรุ่นเป็นปัญหาระดับชาติของประเทศไทย สาเหตุส่วนใหญ่เกิดจากการไม่ได้วางแผนการตั้งครรภ์ ส่งผลทำให้เกิดความเสี่ยงทั้งในระยะตั้งครรภ์ ระยะคลอด และระยะหลังคลอด เนื่องจากวัยรุ่นเป็นวัยที่ยังไม่พร้อมทั้งร่างกายและจิตใจสำหรับการตั้งครรภ์ โดยเฉพาะหากมารดาไม่ได้รับการประเมินหรือไม่ได้รับการดูแลอย่างเหมาะสม อาจนำไปสู่การยุติการตั้งครรภ์ที่ไม่ปลอดภัย ดังนั้นการประเมินภาวะเสี่ยงและการดูแลที่เหมาะสมจากทีมสุขภาพ จะช่วยให้มารดาวัยรุ่นสามารถปรับบทบาทในการเป็นมารดา และดำเนินชีวิตต่อไปได้อย่างมีคุณภาพ
บทความวิชาการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางการดูแลมารดาวัยรุ่น ซึ่งเป็นการดูแลอย่างต่อเนื่องตั้งแต่ระยะตั้งครรภ์ถึงระยะหลังคลอด เพื่อให้เป็นการตั้งครรภ์ที่มีคุณภาพ โดยในระยะตั้งครรภ์พยาบาลควรให้หญิงตั้งครรภ์วัยรุ่นยอมรับการตั้งครรภ์ เตรียมบทบาทในการเป็นมารดาและประเมินภาวะเสี่ยง ส่วนในระยะคลอดควรประเมินภาวะเสี่ยงอย่างต่อเนื่องและส่งเสริมสัมพันธภาพระหว่างมารดาและทารกแรกเกิดทันที เพื่อให้เกิดความรักใคร่ผูกพัน สำหรับในระยะหลังคลอดควรส่งเสริมการปรับบทบาทการเป็นมารดาหลังคลอด ให้มีความพร้อมในการเลี้ยงดูบุตร การเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่และวางแผนการดำเนินชีวิตของวัยรุ่นระยะยาว โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งด้านการวางแผนครอบครัว และคุมกำเนิดเพื่อป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์ซ้ำ
