                    การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อพัฒนาแบบทดสอบความถนัดทางวิชาชีพพยาบาลกลุ่มตัวอย่าง เป็นนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่6โปรแกรมวิทยาศาสตร์-คณิตศาสตร์จำนวน 855 คน โดยใช้การสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน และนิสิตชั้นปีที่ 4 หลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิต มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา 40 คน ใช้การสุ่มอย่างง่าย เพื่อให้เป็นกลุ่มรู้ชัดผลการวิจัยพบว่า

                    1. แบบทดสอบความถนัดทางวิชาชีพพยาบาลที่สร้างขึ้น ประกอบด้วย ความถนัดทั้งหมด7 มิติ คือ มิติตัวเลข ภาษาเหตุผล การสังเกต ความจำ การเห็นอกเห็นใจผู้อื่นและความอดทนทั้งหมด67 ข้อที่ประกอบไปด้วย 15, 5, 8, 5, 10, 9 และ 15 ข้อในแต่ละมิติตามลำดับ

                   2.แบบทดสอบความถนัดทางวิชาชีพพยาบาล มีค่าพารามิเตอร์ข้อสอบแบบพหุมิติได้แก่ ค่าอำนาจจำแนกอยู่ระหว่าง 1.04 ถึง 3.58 และ ค่าความยากอยู่ระหว่าง -1.68 ถึง - 0.26 มีความตรงเชิงโครงสร้างพหุมิติสององค์ประกอบเมื่อเทียบกับโมเดลเอกมิติมีความต่างของค่าไคว์-สแควร์เท่ากับ 5421.64, df =102, p <.01 และค่า AIC 80678.59 < 85892.22,  ค่า BIC 82132.43 < 86861.45 มีความตรงเชิงจำแนกเมื่อเปรียบเทียบเทคนิคกลุ่มรู้ชัด(t_48.96 = 6.88 , p = .000) ความเที่ยงของสัมประสิทธิ์การสรุปอ้างอิงทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.96 และมีค่าแต่ละมิติ 0.84, 0.70, 0.83, 0.81, 0.90, 0.88 และ 0.92 ตามลำดับ

                    ผลการวิจัยนี้ พบว่าในภาพรวมแบบทดสอบที่ได้มีความเหมาะสมสำหรับการคัดเลือกบุคคลเข้าเรียนหลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิต

Abstract

                    This study aimed to develop a nursing professional aptitude test. The sample were 855 twelfth grade students in Sciences and Mathematics Programs selected through multiple-stage random sampling, and 40 senior nursing students at Burapha University selected by simple random sampling for Known Group Technique. The results were as follows:

                    1. The Nursing Professional Aptitude Test comprised 7 dimensions including: numerical, verbal, reasoning, alertness, memory, empathy and tolerance. It was made up of 67 items. Each dimension consisted of 15, 5, 8, 5, 10, 9 and 15 items, respectively.

                    2. The multidimensional parameters supported the quality of the test with MDISC ranging from 1.04 to 3.58 and MDIFF ranging from -1.68 to - 0.26.  For construct validity, the bi-factor MIRT model fit better than UIRT as its difference chi-square of 5421.64, (df 102, p <.01). The AIC and BIC values were less than UIRT (AIC 80678.59 < 85892.22,  BIC 82132.43 < 86861.45).The construct validity was confirmed by Known Group Technique (t_48.96 = 6.88 , p = .000).  For reliability, the whole G-coefficient of the test was .96 with .84, .70,.83,.81,.90,.88, and .92 for each dimension, respectively.

                     Futhermore, the findings revealed that the test is suitable for the selection of students for nursing schools.
