ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการงดดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ในช่วงเข้าพรรษาของประชาชน อำเภอบางกระทุ่ม จังหวัดพิษณุโลก

การวิจัยภาคตัดขวางนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความชุกของการงดดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ในช่วงเข้าพรรษาและศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการงดดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ในช่วงเข้าพรรษาของประชาชนอายุ 20 ปีขึ้นไป อำเภอบางกระทุ่ม จังหวัดพิษณุโลก รวบรวมข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 207 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยวิธีหลายขั้นตอน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการงดดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ในช่วงเข้าพรรษาของประชาชน ที่มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นในส่วนที่ 2-5 เท่ากับ 0.983, 0.981, 0.981 และ 0.922 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และวิเคราะห์หาความสัมพันธ์โดยใช้สถิติไควแควร์ (Chi-square test) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความชุกของการงดดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ ร้อยละ 88.9 ความตั้งใจในการงดดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ในช่วงเข้าพรรษาอยู่ในระดับมาก ร้อยละ 94.7 ด้านการรับรู้โทษของการดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ร้อยละ 76.8 ด้านทัศนคติต่อการงดดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์อยู่ในระดับมาก ร้อยละ 90.3 ด้านแรงสนับสนุนทางสังคมอยู่ในระดับมาก ร้อยละ 57.5 ด้านปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์พบว่าอายุ (p=0.030) ความตั้งใจ (p=0.001) การรับรู้โทษ (p=0.011) ทัศนคติ (p=0.005) แรงสนับสนุนทางสังคม (p=0.010) มีความสัมพันธ์กับการงดดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ในช่วงเข้าพรรษา อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ผลการวิจัยนี้อาจนำไปสู่การพัฒนานโยบายหรือโครงการรณรงค์ที่เน้นการเสริมสร้างความตั้งใจ ทัศนคติ และแรงสนับสนุนทางสังคม เพื่อส่งเสริมการงดดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ในช่วงเข้าพรรษาและกำหนดมาตรการในการขับเคลื่อนให้เกิดการลด ละ เลิกดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์อย่างยั่งยืนต่อไป
