Abstract

The action research aimed to study to problems garbage and analyzed factors that affect the development of waste management model of Suanphayom hospital, Roi – ET hospital. Purposive sampling the research as tools to collect that knowledge, attitude, behavior from 50 person. A questionnaire was used to collected for the people, s demographics data, asked about the knowledge, attitude and behavior waste management. Analyzed data by statistical software. Descriptive statistics used in this study were frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and co- correlation coefficient Chi-Square. The research results found that the knowledge waste management of person showed a high, moderate level 88.0, 8.0 percentage, the attitude of person showed strongly, moderate agree level 94.0, 6.0 percentage and the behavior of person showed moderateand high level 76.0,24.0 percentage. The results found that factors in terms of all age, sex, status, educationlevel, occupation, job position, income, the knowledge, attitude and behavior waste management the factor was not related to the results of waste management. Analyzed factors that affect the development of waste management were age, sex, status, education, career, position, income, finally there was no relationship between knowledge and attitude toward behavior waste management.The results of this study revealed that a model of the waste management of Suanphayom hospital, Roi – ET hospital comprised 1) Analysis of problem 2) Competencies with leaders 3) Campaign for disposal wastes management, 3Rs: Reduce, Reuse and Recycle 4) Feed the earthworm and bio fertilizer.The amount of waste after operation has decreased 22.01.
