บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาอาการเหนื่อยล้า และความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างอาการเหนื่อยล้า ภาวะซึมเศร้า กับอาการนอนไม่หลับของผู้ป่วยไตวายเรื้อรังระยะสุดท้ายที่ได้รับการฟอกเลือดด้วยเครื่องไตเทียม กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 123 คน คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามคุณสมบัติที่กำหนด เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบบันทึกข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบประเมินอาการเหนื่อยล้า แบบประเมินภาวะซึมเศร้า และแบบประเมินอาการนอนไม่หลับ แบบสอบถามทุกฉบับได้ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 5 คน ได้ค่าความตรงตามเนื้อหาเท่ากับ .97, .94, และ97 ตามลำดับ และมีค่าความเที่ยงจากการคำนวณค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค ได้ค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .97, .86, และ .90 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติบรรยาย และ ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการศึกษาพบว่าอาการนอนไม่หลับของผู้ป่วยไตวายเรื้อรังระยะสุดท้ายที่ได้รับการฟอกเลือดด้วยเครื่องไตเทียม พบว่าอยู่ในระดับ “เริ่มมีอาการนอนไม่หลับ” โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยของคะแนนเท่ากับ 12.13 (SD=7.87) อาการเหนื่อยล้าและภาวะซึมเศร้ามีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับอาการนอนไม่หลับของผู้ป่วยไตวายเรื้อรังระยะสุดท้ายที่ได้รับการฟอกเลือดด้วยเครื่องไตเทียมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (r=.494, p<.001และ r=.633, p<.001 ตามลำดับ)
