Abstract

This descriptive research aims to study the relationship between selected factors and PMC role of nurse practitioner trained at Boromarajonani College of Nursing Chon Buri. The sample consisted of 181 nurse practitioner. Research tool used in this study was a questionnaire developed by the researcher. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation.

The results showed that PMC role of nurse practitioners was that at high level (gif.latex?\bar{x} = 82.65, SD = .644). Attitude, perception management policy and relationships with colleagues was at a high level correlation with PMC role of nurse practitioner. (gif.latex?r = .772, p <.01, gif.latex?r = .689, p <.01, gif.latex?r= .627 , p <.01 respectively) are statistically significant at the .05 level respectively. The results of this study suggest that the nurse practitioner should receive continued support from the manager, increase in compensation and encourage sent to develop performance in order to prevent operation errors.
