การรักษาด้วยกระแสไมโคร : กายภาพบำบัดแนวใหม่ในการรักษาอาการปวด
บทคัดย่อ
การค้นพบไอออนชาเนลและกระแสไฟขนาดเล็กบนผนังเซลล์โดยสองนักวิทยาศาสตร์รางวัลโนเบลชาวเยอรมันในปี 1991 ได้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงมาสู่รูปแบบการรักษาอาการปวดจากการกระตุ้นกระแสไฟฟ้าแบบดั้งเดิมมาเป็นการกระตุ้นเพื่อรักษาสมดุลชีวไฟฟ้าแนวใหม่หรือที่เรียกว่า การรักษาด้วยกระแสไมโคร ซึ่งสามารถกระตุ้นการสื่อสารระดับเซลล์ การทำงานด้านสรีรวิทยา และการเจริญเติบโตของเซลล์ ด้วยเป้าหมายในการรักษา 3 ด้านคือ เร่งการสมานแผล เร่งฟื้นฟูการเคลื่อนไหวของระบบกล้ามเนื้อและข้อต่อบริเวณที่บาดเจ็บ และด้านที่ได้รับการยอมรับมากที่สุดคือการรักษาอาการปวด เนื่องจากประสิทธิภาพที่ได้รับการยืนยันในการระงับปวดได้มากกว่าและยาวนานกว่าวิธีการรักษาแบบเดิม
