ทุนทางสังคมภายใต้บริบทชุมชนการปฏิบัติและการจัดการความรู้: การวิเคราะห์มโนทัศน์
บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์ของบทความนี้ คือ เพื่อการวิเคราะห์มโนทัศน์ทุนทางสังคม และเพื่อให้เกิดความชัดเจนในคำจำกัดความ กำหนดคุณลักษณะอธิบายคำศัพท์ และขอบเขตของมโนทัศน์ โดยใช้ขั้นตอนการวิเคราะห์มโนทัศน์ของรอดเจอร์ 6 ขั้นตอน (Rodgers, B. L., 1989) ผลการวิเคราะห์มโนทัศน์ทุนทางสังคม พบว่านิยามปฏิบัติการแยกได้ออกเป็น 3 มิติ คือ เชิงโครงสร้าง เชิงความสัมพันธ์ และเชิงการตระหนักรู้ รวมถึงมโนทัศน์ที่เกิดขึ้นก่อน และที่เป็นผลลัพธ์ตามมา บทความนี้เสนอแนะว่าในการศึกษามโนทัศน์ทุนทางสังคมในบริบทด้านการจัดการความรู้ในเครือข่ายสังคมหรือองค์กร การที่จะระบุถึงนิยามปฏิบัติการของมโนทัศน์ทุนทางสังคมผู้ศึกษาควรแยกเป็นมิติของทุนทางสังคมก่อนเป็นลำดับแรกแล้วจึงกำหนดคำถามวิจัยที่เหมาะสมโดยคำนึงถึงทุนทางสังคมเป็นตัวกระตุ้นให้สมาชิกภายในเครือข่ายสังคมเกิดปฏิสัมพันธ์ทางสังคมกันมากขึ้นและส่งผลต่อกิจกรรมต่างๆ ในด้านการจัดการความรู้
