การศึกษาสมรรถนะพยาบาลผู้ประกอบการโรงเรียนบริบาล โดยใช้เทคนิคเดลฟาย

บทคัดย่อ

วัตถุประสงค์:เพื่อศึกษาสมรรถนะพยาบาลผู้ประกอบการโรงเรียนบริบาล
รูปแบบการวิจัย:การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นวิจัยเชิงบรรยายโดยใช้เทคนิคแบบเดลฟาย
วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย:กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลเป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน 19 คน แบ่งเป็น 3 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ ผู้ประกอบการโรงเรียนบริบาล 5 คน คณาจารย์ทางการศึกษา 5 คน และพยาบาลผู้ประกอบการโรงเรียนบริบาล 9 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์และแบบสอบถาม 3 รอบ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่ามัธยฐาน (Md) และค่าพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์ (IR)
ผลการศึกษา:กลุ่มผู้เชี่ยวชาญมีความคิดเห็นสอดคล้องกันเกี่ยวกับสมรรถนะพยาบาลผู้ประกอบการโรงเรียนบริบาล ประกอบด้วย สมรรถนะพยาบาลผู้ประกอบการโรงเรียนบริบาล มีทั้งหมด 9 ด้าน รวม 55 รายการ ประกอบด้วย ด้านธุรกิจการจัดการศึกษา จำนวน 4 ข้อ ด้านกลยุทธ์เชิงธุรกิจการจัดการศึกษา จำนวน 7 ข้อ ด้านการบริหารองค์กรสถานศึกษา จำนวน 8 ข้อ ด้านการบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรสถานศึกษา จำนวน 7 ข้อ ด้านการจัดการส่วนผสมการตลาดทางการศึกษา จำนวน 5 ข้อ ด้านสัมพันธภาพระหว่างบุคคล จำนวน 5 ข้อ ด้านภาวะผู้นำและคุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคล จำนวน 8 ข้อ ด้านจริยธรรม กฎหมายธุรกิจ และกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการศึกษา จำนวน 6 ข้อ และด้านการบูรณาการวิชาชีพทางการพยาบาล จำนวน 5 ข้อ โดยสมรรถนะทุกด้านมีระดับความสำคัญตั้งแต่มากถึงมากที่สุด (Mdn = 4.60 , IQR = 0.26-1.10)
สรุป:ผลการวิจัยสามารถใช้เป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาสมรรถนะการจัดทำหลักสูตรและการกำหนดมาตรฐานพยาบาลผู้ประกอบการโรงเรียนบริบาลอย่างมีคุณภาพและยั่งยืน
