บทคัดย่อ

ปัจจุบันอุบัติการณ์การเกิดภาวะซึมเศร้ามีแนวโน้มเพิ่มมากขึ้น โดยเฉพาะภาวะซึมเศร้าที่เกิดขึ้น ในกลุ่มสตรีที่กำลังอยู่ในระยะตั้งครรภ์ ระยะคลอด และระยะหลังคลอด ซึ่งภาวะซึมเศร้าที่เกิดขึ้น ส่งผลกระทบที่รุนแรงทั้งด้านร่างกาย ด้านจิตใจของผู้ที่เป็นมารดา ส่งผลกระทบต่อทารกในครรภ์ ส่งผลกระทบต่อการปรับบทบาทในการเป็นมารดาและสัมพันธภาพระหว่างมารดาและทารก รวมทั้ง ส่งผลกระทบต่อสัมพันธภาพระหว่างคู่สมรสและสัมพันธภาพในครอบครัว ดังนั้นพยาบาลจึงควรมีความรู้ความเข้าใจและให้ความสำคัญกับการพยาบาลสตรีที่มีภาวะซึมเศร้าตั้งแต่ในระยะตั้งครรภ์ ระยะคลอด และระยะหลังคลอด โดยป้องกันผลกระทบที่อาจจะเกิดขึ้นกับสตรีที่มีภาวะซึมเศร้าตั้งแต่ในระยะตั้งครรภ์ ระยะคลอด และระยะหลังคลอดเพื่อให้สตรีที่มีภาวะซึมเศร้าสามารถใช้ชีวิตในสังคมและดำรงบทบาท การเป็นมารดาได้อย่างมีความสุข
