บทคัดย่อ

วัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย: เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความรู้สึกไม่แน่นอนในความเจ็บป่วยของผู้รอดชีวิตจากมะเร็งเต้านม

รูปแบบการวิจัย: การวิจัยแบบพรรณนาเชิงความสัมพันธ์

วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย: กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้รอดชีวิตจากมะเร็งเต้านมเพศหญิงอายุ 20- 60 ปี จำนวน 135 คน เก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถาม ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ความรู้สึกไม่แน่นอนในความเจ็บป่วย ความกลัวการกลับเป็นซ้ำของโรคมะเร็ง ความรอบรู้ทางสุขภาพ การสนับสนุนทางสังคม และแบบสอบถามความทุกข์ทรมานจากอาการ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติสหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน

ผลการวิจัย: ความรู้สึกไม่แน่นอนในความเจ็บป่วยของผู้รอดชีวิตจากมะเร็งเต้านม อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง

(=69.04, SD =11.78) ระดับการศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบ กับความรู้สึกไม่แน่นอนในความเจ็บป่วยอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.05 (r=-.400) ความทุกข์ทรมานจากอาการ มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับความรู้สึกไม่แน่นอนในความเจ็บป่วย อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .05 (r=.324) และความกลัวการ กลับเป็นมะเร็งซ้ำมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวก กับความรู้สึกไม่แน่นอนในความเจ็บป่วย อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ ระดับ .05 (r=.380)

สรุป: การประเมินปัจจัยต่าง ๆ ที่ส่งผลต่อความรู้สึกไม่แน่นอนในความเจ็บป่วย เช่น อาการ ความทุกข์ทรมานจากอาการและความกลัวการกลับเป็นมะเร็งซ้ำ จะช่วยให้พยาบาลสามารถวางแผนการดูแลและ หาแนวทางการป้องกันการเกิดความรู้สึกไม่แน่นอนในความเจ็บป่วยและภาวะแทรกซ้อนในผู้รอดชีวิตจากมะเร็งเต้านมในอนาคตได้
