บทคัดย่อ

วัตถุประสงค์ : ศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมการจัดการอาการร่วมกับการนวดกดจุดสะท้อนฝ่าเท้าต่ออาการ ท้องอืดในผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับการผ่าตัดนิ่วในถุงน้ำดีผ่านกล้อง

รูปแบบการวิจัย: วิจัยกึ่งทดลองแบบสองกลุ่มวัดครั้งเดียว

วิธีการดำเนินการวิจัย: กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับการผ่าตัดนิ่วในถุงน้ำดีผ่านกล้องในโรงพยาบาลสุราษฎร์ธานี คัดเลือกแบบเจาะจง เข้ากลุ่มควบคุมและกลุ่มทดลองกลุ่มละ 22 คน จับคู่ อายุ จำนวนยาแก้ปวด และระยะเวลาในการผ่าตัด กลุ่มทดลองได้รับโปรแกรมฯ หลังผ่าตัด กลุ่มควบคุมได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ เครื่องมือวิจัยคือ 1) แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล 2) แบบประเมินอาการท้องอืด 3) โปรแกรมการจัดการอาการร่วมการนวดกดจุดสะท้อนฝ่าเท้าและเครื่องมือกำกับการทดลอง แบบประเมินอาการ ท้องอืดมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาครอนบาค .84 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และ สถิติการทดสอบความแปรปรวนแบบเกี่ยวข้อง (Repeated – measures ANOVA)

ผลการวิจัย: กลุ่มทดลองที่ได้รับโปรแกรมการจัดการอาการร่วมกับการนวดกดจุดสะท้อนฝ่าเท้ามีอาการท้องอืดหลังการผ่าตัดน้อยกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมที่ได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ ระดับ .05

สรุป: โปรแกรมฯ นี้สามารถลดอาการท้องอืดหลังการผ่าตัดนิ่วในถุงน้ำดีผ่านกล้องได้
