บทคัดย่อ

       การให้บริการปรึกษาทางสุขภาพ เป็นกระบวนการของสัมพันธภาพระหว่างบุคคล ช่วยให้ผู้รับบริการปรึกษาสามารถเสริมสร้างสุขภาพอนามัยที่ดีทั้งทางด้านร่างกาย สติปัญญา อารมณ์ สังคม และจิตวิญญาณ โดยใช้เทคนิคและวิธีการในการให้บริการปรึกษาอย่างถูกต้องและเหมาะสม การบริการให้บริการปรึกษาทางสุขภาพเป็นสิ่งที่สำคัญและควรมีในทุกโรงพยาบาล ที่ช่วยให้ผู้รับบริการ เกิดความรู้ด้านสุขภาพ ให้มีความรู้ ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับโรคและสุขภาพของตนเอง ให้สามารถแก้ปัญหาได้ มีการตัดสินใจด้วยตนเอง มีการปรับเปลี่ยนสู่พฤติกรรมที่พึงประสงค์ คือ มีพฤติกรรมการปฏิบัติทางสุขภาพที่ถูกต้อง สามารถดูแลตนเองได้อย่างเหมาะสม มีความเครียด ความวิตกกังวลลดลง ซึ่งการให้บริการปรึกษาทางสุขภาพนั้นส่งผลให้เกิดการพัฒนาคุณภาพบริการพยาบาลทั้งด้านผู้รับบริการ สถานพยาบาล และวิชาชีพการพยาบาล

Health Counseling: Development of Quality of Care.

Abstract

       Health Counseling is the process of interpersonal relationships. It can help clients enhance good health physically, intellectually, emotionally, socially and spiritually by using the techniques and methods of providing health counseling accurately and appropriately. Health counseling provided in health is important and should be in every hospital. Helping clients to achieve knowledge about the disease and their health is good for solving problems, determinating self, and changing their desired behaviors. The behavioral health practices is required and can take care of themselves properly with stress and anxiety reduction. Health counseling results in improving the quality of nursing care in among the clients, hospitals and nursing services.
