ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมการป้องกันภาวะอ้วนลงพุงในคนวัยทำงานโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม จังหวัดราชบุรี

การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาเชิงสหสัมพันธ์เพื่อหาอำนาจการทำนายของปัจจัยด้านความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพเกี่ยวกับภาวะอ้วนลงพุง ความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพเกี่ยวกับภาวะอ้วนลงพุง ความสะดวกในการเข้าถึงแหล่งอาหาร และแรงสนับสนุนทางสังคมในการป้องกันภาวะอ้วนลงพุงต่อพฤติกรรมการป้องกันภาวะอ้วนลงพุงในคนวัยทำงานในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม จังหวัดราชบุรี โดยใช้กรอบแนวคิด PRECEDE model ตัวอย่าง คือ คนวัยทำงานในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม จังหวัดราชบุรี จำนวน 210 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ แบบสอบถามความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพเกี่ยวกับภาวะอ้วนลงพุง แบบสอบถามความสะดวกในการเข้าถึงแหล่งอาหาร แบบสอบถามแรงสนับสนุนทางสังคมในการป้องกันภาวะอ้วนลงพุง และแบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมการป้องกันภาวะอ้วนลงพุง มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค เท่ากับ .885, .871, .751, .873 และ .786 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า คนวัยทำงานโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยพฤติกรรมการป้องกันภาวะอ้วนลงพุงอยู่ในระดับดี (M = 47.47, SD = 4.83) และความสะดวกในการเข้าถึงแหล่งอาหาร แรงสนับสนุนทางสังคมในการป้องกันภาวะอ้วนลงพุง ความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพเกี่ยวกับภาวะอ้วนลงพุง รวมทั้งความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพเกี่ยวกับภาวะอ้วนลงพุง สามารถร่วมกันทำนายพฤติกรรมการป้องกันภาวะอ้วนลงพุงในคนวัยทำงานโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม จังหวัดราชบุรี ได้ร้อยละ 38.8 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (Adjusted R2 = .388, p < .05) โดยมีความสะดวกในการเข้าถึงแหล่งอาหารเป็นปัจจัยที่สามารถทำนายพฤติกรรมการป้องกันภาวะอ้วนลงพุงในคนวัยทำงานโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมได้มากที่สุด (Beta = .500, p < .05)
การศึกษานี้ สามารถใช้เป็นแนวทางสำหรับพยาบาลเวชปฏิบัติชุมชนในการพัฒนาโปรแกรมเกี่ยวกับพฤติกรรมการป้องกันภาวะอ้วนลงพุงในคนวัยทำงานโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม ที่มุ่งเน้นการส่งเสริมความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ ความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพ ความสะดวกในการเข้าถึงแหล่งอาหาร และการสนับสนุนทางสังคม เพื่อส่งเสริมให้มีพฤติกรรมการป้องกันภาวะอ้วนลงพุงที่ยั่งยืนต่อไป
