ประสบการณ์การควบคุมระดับน้ำตาลในเลือดของสตรีที่เป็นเบาหวานจากการตั้งครรภ์ในพื้นที่กลุ่มกรุงเทพตะวันออก

การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาประสบการณ์การควบคุมระดับน้ำตาลในเลือดของสตรีที่เป็นเบาหวานจากการตั้งครรภ์ในพื้นที่กลุ่มกรุงเทพตะวันออก ผู้ให้ข้อมูล คือ สตรีที่เป็นเบาหวานจากการตั้งครรภ์ที่มีอายุครรภ์ 24 สัปดาห์ขึ้นไป มีผลตรวจน้ำตาลในเลือด Oral Glucose Tolerance Test (OGTT) ผิดปกติ 2 ค่าขึ้นไป และได้รับการวินิจฉัยว่าเป็นเบาหวานจากการตั้งครรภ์ที่เข้ารับบริการในหน่วยฝากครรภ์ ณ โรงพยาบาลในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร ระหว่างเดือนมกราคม ถึง ตุลาคม พ.ศ.2567 ที่ผ่านเกณฑ์การคัดเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง จำนวน 20 คน ผู้วิจัยหลักดำเนินการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกเป็นรายบุคคล เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูลสร้างโดยผู้วิจัย คือ 1) แบบบันทึกข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล 2) แนวคำถามกึ่งมีโครงสร้างที่ใช้ในการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก และ 3) แบบบันทึกภาคสนาม ตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 3 ท่าน ได้ค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องระหว่างข้อคำถามกับวัตถุประสงค์เท่ากับ .875, .875 และ .937 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพด้วยวิธีวิเคราะห์ประเด็นและใช้การตรวจสอบสามเส้า
ผลการวิจัยพบ 4 ประเด็นหลัก คือ 1) การเผชิญความเครียดเมื่อรับรู้ว่าเป็นเบาหวานจากการตั้งครรภ์ 2) กลยุทธ์การจัดการเบาหวานจากการตั้งครรภ์ด้วยตนเอง 3) การเผชิญอุปสรรคในการควบคุมระดับน้ำตาลในเลือด และ 4) เพื่อลูกแม่ทำได้ทุกอย่าง ข้อค้นพบนี้สามารถนำไปใช้ในการกำหนดนโยบาย จัดโปรแกรมส่งเสริมการจัดการตนเอง และพัฒนาแนวปฏิบัติในการดูแลเพื่อควบคุมระดับน้ำตาลในเลือดของสตรีที่เป็นเบาหวานจากการตั้งครรภ์ในบริบทไทยเพื่อคุณภาพการดูแลที่เป็นระบบและต่อเนื่อง
