บทคัดย่อ

งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการศึกษาเชิงบรรยาย เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยทำนายความรักใคร่ผูกพันระหว่างมารดาและทารกของผู้คลอดชาวไทยมุสลิมที่ได้รับการผ่าตัดคลอดทางหน้าท้องแบบไม่มีแผน จังหวัดนราธิวาส โดยใช้ทฤษฎีความรักใคร่ผูกพันระหว่างมารดาและทารกของคลอสและเคนเนลล์ (Klaus & Kennell, 1982) เป็นกรอบแนวคิดในการวิจัย ตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้คลอดชาวไทยมุสลิมที่ได้รับการผ่าตัดคลอดทางหน้าท้องแบบไม่มีแผน ที่มาคลอดและพักฟื้นที่หอผู้ป่วยสูติกรรมหลังคลอดและหอผู้ป่วยพิเศษสูติ - นรีเวช โรงพยาบาลนราธิวาสราชนครินทร์ ระหว่างเดือน กันยายน ถึง ธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2565 จำนวน 110 ราย คัดเลือกตัวอย่างแบบเฉพาะเจาะจงตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบประเมินการรับรู้ประสบการณ์การคลอด แบบประเมินแรงสนับสนุนทางการพยาบาล แบบประเมินการรับรู้ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคู่สมรส และแบบประเมินความรักใคร่ผูกพันระหว่างมารดาและทารก ซึ่งมีค่าความเที่ยงจากสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาคเท่ากับ .86 .92 .92 และ .88 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติบรรยายและการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยโลจิสติกส์

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้คลอดชาวไทยมุสลิมที่ได้รับการผ่าตัดคลอดทางหน้าท้องแบบไม่มีแผนที่มีการรับรู้ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคู่สมรสในระดับมาก จะมีโอกาสเกิดความรักใคร่ผูกพันระหว่างมารดาและทารกเพิ่มขึ้น
1.114 เท่า อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ผลการศึกษานี้จึงมีข้อเสนอแนะว่า พยาบาลวิชาชีพควรประเมินการรับรู้ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคู่สมรส เพื่อให้การพยาบาลที่ช่วยส่งเสริมให้ผู้คลอดและทารกเกิดความรักใคร่ผูกพันระหว่างมารดาและทารกได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
