บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยประเมินความต้องการจำเป็น มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินความต้องการจำเป็นด้านการเชื่อมโยงการวิจัยและการปฏิบัติงานทางคลินิก โดยจัดลำดับความสำคัญของความต้องการจำเป็นเร่งด่วนที่ต้องได้รับการพัฒนา วิเคราะห์สาเหตุและกำหนดแนวทางการส่งเสริม ตัวอย่างวิจัยเป็นพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติในโรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล จำนวน 489 คน และผู้ให้ข้อมูลจำนวน 10 คน โดยเลือกตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือวิจัย คือ ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลและแบบประเมินความต้องการจำเป็นความสามารถในการเชื่อมโยงการวิจัยกับการปฏิบัติทางคลินิก ซึ่งผ่านความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา ความเที่ยงด้วยวิธีคำนวณค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาคอยู่ระหว่าง .916 - .925 ค่าความเที่ยงด้วยวิธีคำนวณค่าสัมประสิทธิ์โอเมกามีค่าอยู่ระหว่าง .486 - .606 และมีความตรงเชิงโครงสร้างโดยโมเดลมีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ดีมาก (c²(41, N=489) = 51.393, p = .128, CFI = .996, TLI = .994, RMSEA = .023, SRMR = .020) วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติบรรยายและการระบุความต้องการจำเป็น โดยใช้สูตร PNI_modified และใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) พยาบาลมีความต้องการจำเป็นที่ต้องได้รับการพัฒนาก่อน โดยเรียงลำดับจากมากไปน้อย คือ ความสามารถด้านการอ่านงานวิจัย (.43) ความสามารถด้านการเชื่อมโยงการวิจัยกับการปฏิบัติงาน (.39) และความสามารถด้านการปฏิบัติงานพยาบาล (.31) 2) การวิเคราะห์สาเหตุ พบว่า พยาบาลได้รับการปลูกฝังให้เป็นนักปฏิบัติงานตั้งแต่เริ่มทำงาน และอุปสรรคของการส่งเสริมให้พยาบาลเป็นนักวิชาการและนักปฏิบัติ คือ การดูแลผู้ป่วยที่มีจำนวนมาก และพยาบาลขาดความสามารถในการสืบค้นและอ่านงานวิจัย ซึ่งแนวทางการส่งเสริมให้พยาบาลทำงานแบบเชื่อมโยงงานวิจัยกับการปฏิบัติการพยาบาลทางคลินิกอย่างมืออาชีพ คือ การมีพยาบาลพี่เลี้ยง มีการใช้เทคโนโลยีที่เหมาะสมกับการทำงาน การส่งเสริมทักษะการอ่านบทความที่สอดคล้องกับบริบทของหน่วยงาน และการใช้ประโยชน์จากหน่วยงานต้นแบบที่มีพยาบาลทำงานแบบเชื่อมโยงงานวิจัยกับการปฏิบัติการพยาบาล
