บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยสืบย้อนเพื่อศึกษาสภาพที่เป็นจริง สภาพที่คาดหวังของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อการพัฒนานักศึกษา และประเมินความต้องการจำเป็นของนักศึกษาต่อการพัฒนานักศึกษา ตัวอย่าง คือ นักศึกษาคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล จำนวน 1,077 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบประเมินความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนานักศึกษาหลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิต วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และใช้ Modified Priority Needs Index (PNI_modified) ในการจัดลำดับความต้องการจำเป็น

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สภาพที่เป็นจริงต่อการพัฒนานักศึกษาโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (M = 3.96, SD = .87) ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการประชาสัมพันธ์และบริการ (M = 4.07, SD = .76) ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ ด้านหอพักและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก (M =3.74, SD = .98) สภาพที่คาดหวังที่มีต่อการพัฒนานักศึกษาโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (M = 4.25, SD = .80) ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการประชาสัมพันธ์และบริการ (M = 4.30, SD = .76) ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ ด้านกิจกรรมพัฒนานักศึกษา (M = 4.20, SD = .79) และด้านที่มีความต้องการจำเป็นมากที่สุด 3 ลำดับแรก ได้แก่ ด้านหอพักและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก รองลงมา ได้แก่ ด้านบริการและสวัสดิการ และด้านการประชาสัมพันธ์และบริการ ตามลำดับ
