ผลของโปรแกรมสนับสนุนทางสังคมต่อความกลัวการคลอดบุตรของผู้จะเป็นบิดาครั้งแรกที่ภรรยาอยู่ในระยะที่ 1 ของการคลอด

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลอง เพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมสนับสนุนทางสังคมต่อความกลัวการคลอดบุตรของผู้จะเป็นบิดาครั้งแรกที่ภรรยาอยู่ในระยะที่ 1 ของการคลอด กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้จะเป็นบิดาครั้งแรกที่ภรรยาอยู่ในระยะที่ 1 ของการคลอด ณ ห้องคลอด โรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพ ศูนย์อนามัยที่ 1 เชียงใหม่ จำนวน 44 คน แบ่งออกเป็นกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุม กลุ่มละ 22 คน เครื่องมือการวิจัยประกอบด้วย โปรแกรมสนับสนุนทางสังคมในผู้จะเป็นบิดาครั้งแรกที่ภรรยาอยู่ในระยะที่ 1 ของการคลอด แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้จะเป็นบิดา และมาตรวัดความกลัวการคลอดบุตรด้วยสายตา มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น .97 ดำเนินการทดลองและเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลในช่วงเดือนมีนาคม 2566 ถึงเดือนกุมภาพันธ์ 2567 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่ามัธยฐาน ค่าพิสัยระหว่างควอร์ไทล์ Fisher’s exact test, Mann-Whitney U test และ independent t-test
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า หลังการทดลอง กลุ่มทดลองมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยความกลัวการคลอดบุตรน้อยกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (t = 11.741, p < .001)
จากการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีข้อเสนอแนะว่า พยาบาลผดุงครรภ์ควรนำโปรแกรมสนับสนุนทางสังคมนี้ไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการดูแลผู้จะเป็นบิดาครั้งแรกที่ภรรยาอยู่ในระยะที่ 1 ของการคลอด เพื่อลดความกลัวการคลอดบุตร
