ความรู้ ทัศนคติ และการปฏิบัติในการป้องกันการแพร่กระจายเชื้อในโรงพยาบาลของญาติผู้ป่วย

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาแบบหาความสัมพันธ์ เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความรู้ ทัศนคติ และการปฏิบัติในการป้องกันการแพร่กระจายเชื้อในโรงพยาบาลของญาติผู้ป่วย กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นญาติผู้ป่วยที่เข้าเยี่ยมและดูแลผู้ป่วยในหอผู้ป่วยอายุรกรรมในโรงพยาบาลระดับตติยภูมิแห่งหนึ่ง จำนวน 285 คน เครื่องมือการวิจัยประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไป แบบวัดความรู้ในการป้องกันการแพร่กระจายเชื้อในโรงพยาบาล มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น .82 แบบวัดทัศนคติในการป้องกันการแพร่กระจายเชื้อในโรงพยาบาล มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น .81 และแบบสอบถามการปฏิบัติในการป้องกันการแพร่กระจายเชื้อในโรงพยาบาล มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น .80 เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลในช่วงเดือนพฤศจิกายน 2563 ถึงเดือนพฤษภาคม 2564 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่ามัธยฐาน และสหสัมพันธ์แบบสเปียร์แมน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ญาติผู้ป่วยมีความรู้ในการป้องกันการแพร่กระจายเชื้อในโรงพยาบาลในระดับสูง คิดเป็นร้อยละ 87.37 มีทัศนคติในการป้องกันการแพร่กระจายเชื้อในโรงพยาบาลในระดับสูง คิดเป็นร้อยละ 77.54 และมีการปฏิบัติในการป้องกันการแพร่กระจายเชื้อในโรงพยาบาลในระดับปานกลาง คิดเป็นร้อยละ 61.75 และ 2) ความรู้มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับทัศนคติในการป้องกันการแพร่กระจายเชื้อในโรงพยาบาลของญาติผู้ป่วยอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (rs = .384, p < .001) ความรู้มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับการปฏิบัติในการป้องกันการแพร่กระจายเชื้อในโรงพยาบาลของญาติผู้ป่วยอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (rs = .144, p < .05) และทัศนคติมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับการปฏิบัติในการป้องกันการแพร่กระจายเชื้อในโรงพยาบาลของญาติผู้ป่วยอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (rs = .130, p < .05)
จากการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีข้อเสนอแนะว่า พยาบาลควรมีการส่งเสริมความรู้ ทัศนคติ และการปฏิบัติในการป้องกันการแพร่กระจายเชื้อในโรงพยาบาลของญาติผู้ป่วย เพื่อลดอุบัติการณ์การติดเชื้อในผู้ป่วย
