ผลของการใช้สื่อวีดิทัศน์ต่อความรู้ในการป้องกันการติดเชื้อดื้อยาต้านจุลชีพหลายขนานในผู้ป่วยในโรงพยาบาลทั่วไป

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลอง เพื่อศึกษาผลของการใช้สื่อวีดิทัศน์ต่อความรู้ในการป้องกันการติดเชื้อดื้อยาต้านจุลชีพหลายขนานในผู้ป่วย กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้ป่วยที่พักรักษาตัวในหอผู้ป่วยอายุรกรรม โรงพยาบาลทั่วไป จำนวน 60 คน แบ่งออกเป็นกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุม กลุ่มละ 30 คน เครื่องมือการวิจัยประกอบด้วย สื่อวีดิทัศน์เรื่อง การป้องกันการติดเชื้อดื้อยาต้านจุลชีพหลายขนานสำหรับผู้ป่วย แบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไป และแบบวัดความรู้เรื่องการป้องกันการติดเชื้อดื้อยาต้านจุลชีพหลายขนาน มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น .83 ดำเนินการทดลองและเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลในช่วงเดือนธันวาคม 2563 ถึงเดือนกุมภาพันธ์ 2564 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน Fisher’s exact test, paired t-test, independent t-test และ Chi-square test
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า หลังการทดลอง กลุ่มทดลองมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยความรู้ในการป้องกันการติดเชื้อดื้อยาต้านจุลชีพหลายขนานมากกว่าก่อนการทดลองอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (t = 12.504, p < .001) และมากกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (t = 7.823, p < .001)
จากการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีข้อเสนอแนะว่า ผู้บริหารทางการพยาบาลควรส่งเสริมการนำสื่อวีดิทัศน์เรื่อง การป้องกันการติดเชื้อดื้อยาต้านจุลชีพหลายขนานนี้ ไปใช้กับผู้ป่วยในโรงพยาบาลอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อให้ผู้ป่วยมีความรู้ในการป้องกันการติดเชื้อดื้อยาต้านจุลชีพหลายขนานเพิ่มมากขึ้น
