ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความพร้อมในการฝึกปฏิบัติการพยาบาลชุมชนกับสุขภาพจิต ของนักศึกษาพยาบาลชั้นปีที่ 2 มหาวิทยาลัยเกษมบัณฑิต

Abstract

ปฏิบัติการพยาบาลแบบเชิงรุกในชุมชน มักส่งผลกระทบต่อสุขภาพจิตของนักศึกษาพยาบาลขณะฝึกปฏิบัติการพยาบาลชุมชน การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงบรรยาย เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความพร้อมในการฝึกปฏิบัติการพยาบาลชุมชนกับสุขภาพจิตของนักศึกษาพยาบาล กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ นักศึกษาพยาบาล  ชั้นปีที่ 2  ปีการศึกษา 2559 คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์  มหาวิทยาลัยเกษมบัณฑิต ที่ได้จากการเลือกแบบเจาะจง จำนวน 56 คน โดยใช้เวลาในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลวันที่ 17-21 เมษายน 2560 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ประกอบด้วย 1) แบบสอบถามข้อมูลสุขภาพจิตของนักศึกษาพยาบาล เป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์ดัชนีชี้วัดสุขภาพจิตคนไทยฉบับสั้น 2) แบบสอบถามความพร้อมในการฝึกปฏิบัติการพยาบาลชุมชนของนักศึกษาพยาบาลประกอบด้วย 2 ส่วน คือ 2.1) วัดทักษะการเรียนรู้แบบนำตนเอง และ 2.2) วัดทักษะการทำงานเป็นทีม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติ Pearson’s correlation

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า นักศึกษาพยาบาลมีสุขภาพจิตอยู่ในระดับสูงกว่าคนทั่วไป ร้อยละ 51.79 และมีคะแนนสุขภาพจิตเท่ากับคนทั่วไป ร้อยละ 42.86  มีความพร้อมในการฝึกปฏิบัติการพยาบาลชุมชนด้านทักษะการทำงานเป็นทีม ในระดับสูง ร้อยละ 76.79  และด้านทักษะการเรียนรู้แบบนำตนเอง ในระดับปานกลาง ร้อยละ 71.43 ความพร้อมในการฝึกปฏิบัติการพยาบาลชุมชนกับสุขภาพจิตของนักศึกษา มีความสัมพันธ์กันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (r=.376, p<.01) โดยที่ความพร้อมด้านทักษะการเรียนรู้แบบนำตนเองด้านความปรารถนาการเรียนรู้  และความพร้อมด้านทักษะการทำงานเป็นทีม กับสุขภาพจิตของนักศึกษาพยาบาล มีความสัมพันธ์กันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (r=.387 และ r= .395, p<.01) อาจารย์พยาบาลจึงควรจัดการเรียนการสอนวิชาการพยาบาลชุมชน โดยเน้นการเรียนรู้แบบนำตนเอง และทักษะการทำงานเป็นทีม ที่สอดคล้องกับการเรียนรู้ในศตวรรษที่ 21 และศึกษาวิจัยเกี่ยวกับการสร้างและพัฒนารูปแบบการเตรียมความพร้อมเพื่อการมีสุขภาพจิตที่ดีในการฝึกปฏิบัติการพยาบาลชุมชนของนักศึกษาพยาบาล

Relationship of the Readiness of Community Health Nursing Practice and Mental Health of Second Year Nursing Students, Kasem Bundit University.

Community health nursing practice is a proactive practice. hus, it affects nursing students’ mental health during their practice. This descriptive study aimed to examine the relationship of readiness of community health nursing practice to the mental health of nursing students. Subjects were second year nursing students (n=), Kasem Bundit University. he data ere collected from - April . Instruments in this study consisted of parts ) Mental health screening (Thai Mental Health Indicator-TMHI) and ) eadiness of community health nursing practice uestionnaires hich included .) elf-directed learning readiness using the elf-Directed Learning Readiness Scale (SDLRS), and .) Teamwork nursing practice skills. Data ere analyed, using Pearson’s correlation. Results revealed that the mental health of nursing students ere .% in higher than general person level and .% in eual general person, the readiness of community health nursing practice for teamork of nursing students as . in high level, and the readiness of community health nursing practice for self-directed learning of nursing students as . in moderate level. he readiness of community public health nursing practice as significantly related to mental health indicators (r., p .). eadiness of community public health nursing practice is significantly related to selfdirected learning and teamork for positive mental health (r. and r= ., p<.). o, the method of teaching in community health nursing should be developed to enhance self-directed learning and teamork as a function of st century learning by nursing instructors. Further research to develop a model of readiness of community health nursing practice is recommend in order to promote nursing students’ mental health during their community practicum.
