ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการจัดการตนเองในผู้ป่วยโรคไม่ติดต่อเรื้อรัง ในชุมชนจังหวัดเพชรบุรี

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาภาคตัดขวางนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการจัดการตนเองในผู้ป่วยโรคไม่ติดต่อเรื้อรังในชุมชนจังหวัดเพชรบุรี กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ป่วยโรคความดันโลหิตสูงและ/หรือโรคเบาหวาน อายุ 35 ปีขึ้นไป จำนวน 140 คน คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ และการจัดการตนเองของผู้ป่วยโรคไม่ติดต่อเรื้อรัง มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค เท่ากับ .76 และ .87 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และการถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้ป่วยโรคไม่ติดต่อเรื้อรังมีการจัดการตนเองอยู่ในระดับมาก (M = 3.61, SD =.48) ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพในด้านการประยุกต์ใช้ข้อมูลและบริการสุขภาพ และการเข้าถึงข้อมูลและบริการสุขภาพ (Beta = .406, .216; p < .01 ตามลำดับ) โดยสามารถร่วมกันทำนายความแปรปรวนของการจัดการตนเองของผู้ป่วยโรคไม่ติดต่อเรื้อรังในชุมชน ได้ร้อยละ 32.80 (Adjusted R² = .328, p < .01)
พยาบาลวิชาชีพ ควรให้ความสำคัญในการส่งเสริมการจัดการตนเองในผู้ป่วยโรคไม่ติดต่อเรื้อรังโดยการพัฒนาทักษะความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ ทั้งในการเข้าถึงข้อมูลและบริการสุขภาพ และการประยุกต์ใช้ข้อมูลและบริการสุขภาพ
