ความเหลื่อมล้ำและการถูกเอาเปรียบในการเข้าถึงสวัสดิการทางสังคม ด้วยเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลของผู้สูงอายุ: การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยคุณภาพเชิงพรรณนานี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาความเหลื่อมล้ำและการถูกเอาเปรียบของการเข้าถึงเข้าถึงสวัสดิการทางสังคมด้วยเทคโนโลยีของผู้สูงอายุดำเนินการศึกษาในพื้นที่จังหวัดพะเยา ระหว่างเดือนมีนาคม - พฤษภาคม 2566 กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้สูงอายุ จำนวน 15 ราย เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก การสังเกต และการบันทึกภาคสนาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้การวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา การตรวจสอบข้อมูลแบบสามเส้า และยืนยันความเที่ยงตรงของข้อมูลจากกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล และนักวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพที่มีประสบการณ์
ผลการศึกษา พบปัญหาความเหลื่อมล้ำและการถูกเอาเปรียบ 4 ประเด็น ได้แก่ 1) ขาดความรู้และความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับสวัสดิการทางสังคม 2) เข้าไม่ถึงสวัสดิการทางสังคมของผู้สูงอายุด้วยเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล 3) ความเหลื่อมล้ำทางสถานะ สิทธิ และโอกาสในการได้รับสิทธิ และ 4) ไม่พบการถูกเอาเปรียบ และการพยายามให้ได้ประโยชน์จากผู้สูงอายุ
ผลการวิจัย ชี้ให้เห็นว่าควรส่งเสริมให้ความรู้และความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับสวัสดิการทางสังคม และช่วยเหลือในการเข้าถึงสวัสดิการทางสังคมของผู้สูงอายุให้เข้าถึงได้ง่ายและสะดวก
