ผลของโปรแกรมการสนับสนุนและให้ความรู้ต่อพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองและไขมันในเลือดของพนักงานรัฐวิสาหกิจแห่งหนึ่งในจังหวัดขอนแก่น

This research is a quasi-experimental research with a single group, measured before and after the experiment. The objective of this study was to study the impact of the supportive and education program on self-care behavior and blood lipids of state enterprise staff in Khon Kaen. The data collection were conducted between May and August 2024. The data were collected in the sample group at weeks 1 and 12 after receiving the supportive and education program on self-care behavior and blood lipids. The results obtained at each time were compared. The duration of the program was 12 weeks. The population in this study was state enterprise staff in Khon Kaen who came for an annual health check-up and had a total cholesterol level of more than or equal to 200 mg/dl. A total of 23 people were purposively sampled. The research instrument was a questionnaire on self-care behavior in terms of food consumption and exercise/physical activity. applied self- care theory of Orem concept. data were analyzed by comparing the differences in the mean scores of self-care behavior, body mass index, and mean blood lipid levels of the sample group before and after the experiment using the Paired t-test. The results of the research found that after the experiment The sample group had a mean score of food consumption behavior equal to 63.39 points (SD. = 8.47), which was found to be statistically significantly different. Exercise behavior/physical activity score was 37.04 (SD. = 5.31), which was not statistically significantly different. The mean cholesterol level decreased equal to 201.08 milligrams per deciliter, with a standard deviation equal to 23.78, which was found to be significantly different. The mean body mass index was equal to 26.08 kilograms per square meter, with a standard deviation equal to 3.91, which was not significantly different. Therefore, public health personnel, nurses in hospitals or nurses responsible for taking care of employees' health in various establishments, especially staff with high blood fat, can apply the supportive and education program to change behavior to solve the problem of high blood fat. However, training in the use of the program may be required before actual use to reduce the limitations of the program and to achieve maximum efficiency.
