การวิจัยกึ่งทดลอง เพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมสนับสนุน และให้ความรู้ต่อพฤติกรรมการดูแลทารกคลอดก่อนกำหนดน้ำหนักน้อยของมารดา กลุ่มตัวอย่างมารดาทารกคลอดก่อนกำหนดน้ำหนักน้อย ขณะทารกอยู่รักษาในหอผู้ป่วยทารกแรกเกิดกึ่งวิกฤต  โรงพยาบาลศรีนครินทร์ จำนวน 10 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ประกอบด้วย วีดีทัศน์ คู่มือประกอบภาพ และแบบสัมภาษณ์พฤติกรรมการดูแลทารกของมารดา ตามกรอบแนวคิดทฤษฎีการดูแลตนเองของโอเร็ม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้วิธีการแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติทดสอบวิลค็อกซัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่าหลังการทดลองคะแนนเฉลี่ยพฤติกรรมการดูแลทารกคลอดก่อนกำหนดน้ำหนักน้อยของมารดา โดยรวม รายด้านและรายข้อสูงกว่าก่อนการทดลองอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 

Abstract

This quasi-experimental research aimed to investigate the effects of educative and supportive program on maternal care behavior with low birth weight preterm infants in the intermediate care unit at Srinagarind Hospital. The study sample consisted of 10 maternal. The instruments used in the study consist of videotape, handbook and the questionnaire measuring maternal care behavior base on Orem's self-care theory. The data was analyzed using frequency, mean, standard deviation, the Wilcoxon’s Signed-Ranks test statistics. The study found that:  The mean score of maternal care behavioral of low birth weight preterm infants after intervention was statistically significant higher than before intervention at 0.05 level
