บทคัดย่อ
วาทกรรมอัตลักษณ์คุณค่าผู้สูงอายุในชุมชน เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการศึกษาวาทกรรมคุณค่าผู้สูงอายุกับระบบการดูแลผู้สูงอายุในชุมชน เพื่อศึกษาการประกอบสร้างอัตลักษณ์คุณค่าผู้สูงอายุในชุมชนหนึ่ง ระหว่าง พฤษภาคม 2558 ถึง ธันวาคม 2559 โดยการสังเกต สัมภาษณ์ และการสนทนากลุ่ม มีผู้ให้ข้อมูลประกอบด้วยผู้สูงอายุ ผู้ดูแล และเจ้าหน้าที่รัฐ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์วาทกรรม ผลการศึกษาพบวาทกรรมอัตลักษณ์ผู้สูงอายุ 2 ลักษณะ คือ วาทกรรมอัตลักษณ์เชิงลบ ได้แก่ แก่หง่อม แก่ลำบาก แก่สารพัดโรค แก่เรื่องมาก แก่ไม่มีประโยชน์ และไม้ใกล้ฝั่ง วาทกรรมอัตลักษณ์เชิงบวก ได้แก่ ทุกชีวิตมีค่าผู้ช่วยเหลือชุมชน ผู้ให้วิชาความรู้ ผู้นำพา ไปไหนใครๆก็รู้จัก ผู้มีพระคุณ และเป็นญาติผู้ใหญ่ สู่การออกแบบระบบการดูแลผู้สูงอายุในชุมชน

Abstract
A discourse of the identity of the elderly in the community as part of the study on “elderly value discourse with elderly care system in community” was aimed at studying elderly value discourse and the discourse practice of the elderly value in community. The study was conducted in a sub-district by participation observation, interviews, and group discussions with elderly people, caregiver and government officer. Data were analyzed by discourse analysis. The research found that there were two aspects of the discourse of identity of the elderly: 1) to devalued elderly, including ripe old age, suffering from being old, having a lot illnesses, useless, and closing to death and 2) to valued elderly, including life values, community helpers, educators, leaders, wherever they go, everyone knows them, patrons and elder relatives that were constructed the elderly care system in community.
