The qualityof the questionnaires were determined by cronbachûsalpha coefficiency. The content validity wasexamined by 5 experts. The reliabilities of selfcare behavior showed 0.898. The data wereanalyzed by using frequency, percentage, arismaticmean, standard deviation, paired t-test andindependent t-test.The results of this study were as follows:After the experiment, the mean score of selfcare behavior of the experimental group wassignificantly higher than the control group(P < 0 .01). The mean score of self care behaviorof the experimental group after the experimentwas significantly higher than the mean score ofself care behavior of the experimental groupbefore they entered the learning program througha group process and Cartoon Storybook withusing group process.
