Florence Nightingale was the founder of modern nursing profession. She was known as the lady with the lamp and presenting the first nursing theory named as the Environment theory. Over 100 years since this theory occurred in 1860, but her vision is beyond from others in the 19th century and still can be applied for the nursing profession until now.
