การทำงานของพยาบาลชุมชนดีเด่น: การทำงานอย่างมีความสุข (Working of Outstanding Community Nurses: Working with happiness)

This qualitative research aimed to explain working of outstanding nurses in Khon Kaen province, Thailand. The participants were a total of 7 outstanding nurses, community leaders, health volunteers, health care personal and local organization officers in the communities. Data were collected by using in-depth interview, focus groups, and participant observation. Content analysis was used for data analysis. It was found that working of outstanding nurses were working with happiness, inspiring outstanding nurses to work in the communities, and socialized new health generation. The work in regard with happiness was composed of 6 components; 1) Effective early detection & basic medical care, 2) promoting individual, family and community participation, 3) setting up community learning curriculum, 4) effective home visits, and 5) arranging an accessible and prompt referral system. Factors affecting happiness from work were 1) primary care policy 2) hometown workplace, 3) nursing knowledge, experiences, and implication, 4) multidisciplinary team working. It was suggested that nursing knowledge, experienced, and implication skill are needed for promote happiness, inspiration of working, and new batch development.
