บทคัดย่อ

Health volunteer contribute to health care services regarding quality of life of patients and family. Health team, especially nurses should recognize health volunteer as a member of the team. Health volunteer management system should be developed to support effective volunteer works. Training courses including knowledge and attitudes regarding volunteer work, role and responsibility, effective communication, and working with network should be provided. The consequences of acceptance gained from clients and health teams would enhance motivation and pride to continue their work which will result in collaboration to improve patients’ quality of life.
