ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยคัดสรร การจัดการตนเองและคุณภาพชีวิตของวัยรุ่นโรค เอสแอลอี (Relations among Selected Factors, Self-Management and Quality of Life in Adolescents with SLE

บทคัดย่อ

This descriptive research aim to study the relations among selected factors, self-management and quality of life in adolescents with SLE.The sample consisted of 136 adolescents with SLE who were follow-up to the outpatient department of pediatrics and medicine in Srinagarind hospital and Khon Kaen hospital. Data were collected by using self-management in adolescents with SLE’s questionnaire and SF-36.Descriptive and correlational statistics were used to analyze data.Results showed that caregivers at hospital had correlated with the overall self-management (Ø=0.193, p<.05), gender was correlated with the self-management of medication adherence (Ø=0.278, p<.05), marital status of caregiver was correlated with quality of life in the role limitations due to emotional problems (Ø=0.187,p<.05),socioeconomic status was correlated with quality of life in the general health (Ø=0.197, p<.05) and overall self-management was positive correlated with the overall quality of life in adolescents with SLE (r_s=0.186, p<.05)
