Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

            การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่ออธิบายปัญหาและความต้องการการช่วยเหลือของบิดามารดาชาวอิสานในการเผชิญและปรับตัวต่อการสูญเสียบุตรจากการเจ็บป่วย ผู้ให้ข้อมูลคือบิดามารดาชาวอิสาน จำนวน 12 คน เลือกแบบเจาะจงตามคุณสมบัติที่กำหนด เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก การสังเกตแบบไม่มีส่วนร่วมและการจดบันทึก วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยวิธีวิเคราะห์แก่นสาระ ผลการศึกษาสะท้อนปัญหาของบิดามารดาชาวอิสานในการเผชิญต่อการสูญเสียบุตรจากการเจ็บป่วย ได้แก่  กายอ่อนล้า  ใจอ่อนแรง และสัมพันธ์ครอบครัวพัง และความต้องการการช่วยเหลือของบิดามารดาชาวอิสานในการปรับตัวต่อการสูญเสียบุตรจากการเจ็บป่วย ได้แก่ ต้องการการดูแลสุขภาพร่างกาย และ ต้องการความรักความเข้าใจจากคนรอบข้าง ข้อค้นพบนี้ให้แนวทางในการจัดกิจกรรมการพยาบาลเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาและความต้องการการช่วยเหลือของบิดามารดาชาวอิสานที่สูญเสียบุตรจากการเจ็บป่วย

Abstract

               This qualitative study aimed to describe problems and helping requests of Isan parents for facing and adaptation to losing a child from illness. Study informants were 12 Isan parents. Data were collected by in-depth interview, non-participant observation and note taking. Data analyses were conducted by thematic analyses. The findings show the problems characteristics of Isan parents to losing a child from illness include physical exhaustion, mental exhaustion, family relationship break down and helping requests of Isan parents to losing a child from illness include need to care of physical health, need love and understanding from other. The findings of this study can be used as a guideline for providing nursing interventions to resolve problems and helping requests of Isan parents who losing a child from illness.Keywords: Echoes of the lost, problems, requests, Isan parents, loss, facing, adaptation, illness
