Risk management is to perceive and limit risk in order to alleviate possibility and quantity of losses that may happen. Risk management is a strategic driver for preventing losses. Nurses play an important role in every process of risk management including, risk identifi cation, risk assessment, risk management, and risk management evaluation to improve clinical safety in nursing services.Downloads
