บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนานี้  มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสามารถในการทำนายของความรู้สึกมีคุณค่าในตนเอง การสนับสนุนทางสังคมและความเครียดและในการทำนาย การดำรงบทบาทมารดาของสตรีที่ติดเชื้อเอชไอวี กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นมารดาหลังคลอดที่ติดเชื้อเอชไอวีในโรงพยาบาลศูนย์  โรงพยาบาลทั่วไปและโรงพยา บาลชุมชนในจังหวัดเชียงราย จำนวน 90 คน  เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบวัดความสำเร็จในการดำรงบทบาทมารดา แบบวัดความรู้สึกมีคุณค่าในตนเอง แบบวัดการสนับสนุนทางสังคม และแบบวัดความเครียด  วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ สถิติการถดถอยพหุคูณแบบบังคับเข้า ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความรู้สึกมีคุณค่าในตนเองสามารถทำนายความสำเร็จในการดำรงบทบาทมารดาของสตรีที่ติดเชื้อเอชไอวีได้มากที่สุดอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (β=.34, p<.01)รองลงมาคือการสนับสนุนทางสังคม (β=.23,  p ≤ .05) ตามลำดับ

Abstract :

The objective of this descriptive predictive research was to determine  the factors that can predict  maternal role attainment. The purposive sampling technique was used to recruit 90 HIV-positive mothers in the postpartum period in regional, general and community hospitals in Chiang Rai Province.  Research instruments consisted of the personal factors questionnaires, The Short-form of  Maternal Role Attainment questionnaires, Rosenberg’s Self esteem  scale, The Personal Resource Questionnaires 85 (PRQ 85) and The Stress questionnaires. The data were analyzed by multiple regression : Enter model. The results of the research showed that the all factors are self esteem, social support and stress could predict to achieve maternal role attainment among HIV-Sero positive mothers for 25 percentages. Self esteem is the most important factor could  predicting maternal role attainment (β=.34, p <.01) and the second factor is Social support (β =.23, p ≤ .05)
