การพัฒนาแนวทางการป้องกันพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางเพศของวัยรุ่นโดยการมีส่วนร่วมของครอบครัวและชุมชน Development guideline to prevent sexual risk behaviors among adolescent by family and community participation

บทคัดย่อ

This action research aims to  Development guideline to prevent sexual risk behaviors

among adolescent by family and community participation. Participants are 40 adolescents, 60 family members, 20 health volunteers from 4 villages Muang District, Khon Kaen Province. Furthermore 3 health care providers and 4 Teachers. Data were collected by focus group discussion, in-dept interview and observation. Content analysis was used for data analysis and conclusion of evidence and brainstorming for planning to developed the guideline to prevent sexual risk behaviors. The results showed that factors that promote adolescent sexual risk behavior included: adolescents factors, family factors and community / environmental factors. The participants were offered the way to take care of the adolescents group in the community to prevent sexual risk behaviors by encourage immune for their life so contribute to the implementation process includes; 1) Strengthening their family 2) Improve their life skills and protecting them  safe from environmental threats by family and community participation.
