ประสบการณ์ความต้องการความช่วยเหลือในการปฏิบัติด้านจิตวิญญาณของพระภิกษุอาพาธ : การศึกษาเชิงคุณภาพ The Experiences of Needing Help on the Spiritual Practice of Sick Buddhist Monks: A qualitative Study

บทคัดย่อ

This qualitative study aimed to describe the experiences of needing help on the spiritual practice of sick Buddhist  monks. 10 sick Buddhist monks in  Luangpu Mun Bhuridatta ward , Faculty of Medicine, Khon kaen University were purposively selected for the study . The data were collected by In-depth interviewing, taking notes, and non- participant observation and analyzed by thematic analysis .

            The results of the study reflected the experiences of needing help on spiritual practice of sick Buddhist  monks was composed of two themes. 1.) It was something that no one could help directly, consisting of  the thing that was personally and individually done and 2.) It was the thing that was indirectly helped, consisting of helping to get rid of the body’s problem, a supporting environment and learning moral discipline(pra tam wi nai). These findings gave the ways for providing nursing activities that helped to support spiritual practice of sick Buddhist monks.
